By using our Services as a contractor, you represent that:

• You are authorized to operate as an independent contractor in your area
• The information you provide is truthful and accurate
• You will maintain any licenses, insurance, and certifications required by law for your services

3. Contractor Registration and Account Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including but not limited to your:

• Name and/or business name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Service areas
• Service types
• Licensing/insurance details (if requested)

You are responsible for keeping your information current.

4. Independent Contractor Relationship

Trees Cut Now is a lead generation and coordination platform. We do not employ contractors through this registration process unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

By registering, you acknowledge that:

• You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Trees Cut Now
• You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, licensing, and compliance obligations
• Acceptance of any job opportunity is at your discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. Job Leads, Scheduling, and Communications

Trees Cut Now may send job opportunities, scheduling requests, customer coordination details, and operational updates to contractors by SMS, email, or phone.

We do not guarantee:

• A minimum number of leads or jobs
• Lead exclusivity
• Conversion rates
• Revenue or profit

Trees Cut Now may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

6. Contractor Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Respond truthfully and promptly to job-related communications
• Perform services in a lawful and professional manner
• Maintain any legally required permits, licenses, and insurance
• Communicate respectfully with customers and Trees Cut Now staff
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your qualifications, insurance, or availability
• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Harass customers, staff, or other contractors
• Interfere with platform operations or submit false registrations

7. SMS Messaging Terms (Contractor Program)

Program Name: Trees Cut Now Contractor SMS Notifications

Trees Cut Now sends SMS text messages to registered contractors regarding contractor leads, job dispatch opportunities, scheduling coordination, job updates, invoicing/payment coordination, and related operational notifications.

By checking the SMS consent box on our contractor registration form and submitting your information, you agree to receive text messages from Trees Cut Now at the phone number you provide for the purposes described above.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on job volume, your service area, and your interaction with the platform.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming your opt-out request.

If liability is found, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Trees Cut Now in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if no amount was paid), to the extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trees Cut Now and its affiliates, owners, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of:

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request removal from contractor communications, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless another law is required by applicable consumer or contractor protection law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
